Insurance/Payment

We accept most major forms of insurance including UPMC, Highmark BCBS and most BCBS plans, Medicare, Aetna, and most other forms of insurance.  We do not accept Medicaid or Gateway insurance for outpatient services.   Medicaid and Gateway plans are acceptable and can be arranged for residential and inpatient services.

Patients may pay for copayments with cash or check.  Copays are due on the date of service unless arranged with your individual provider.
